About the Outpost Neighborhood Association

In 1967, our neighborhood association was formed to combat what residents considered to be inappropriate development n our neighborhod. In the 1980s, the group helped to prevent the development of Runyon Canyon

The Outpost Neighborhood Association is a voluntary organization focusing on safety, beautification, and community. Key issues that we focus on include traffic (speeding, congestion, parking), beautification (traffic island maintenance, tree planting, graffiti removal), home security, and surrounding city development concerns.

We actively represent the neighborhood to our City Council Office, the Hollywood Hills West Neighborhood Council, various government agencies, elected representatives, civic organizations, and the business community.

The Board of Directors meets the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm at the Highland–Camrose Park Bungalow. These are open meetings and we would love to have you join us.
