Chris Wintrode is a homeowner in Outpost Estates and serves as the Outpost Neighborhood Association (ONA) Chair of the Traffic & Safety Committee. Chris is an active stakeholder and advocate for solving issues that affect our neighborhood. As Chair, Chris leads regular committee meetings to engage and collaborate with our neighbors and stakeholders to reduce neighborhood speeding, thru traffic, and stop sign violations and increase neighborhood awareness of and deter future crime activity in the neighborhood.

Chris is an impact-driven business operations leader with a strong background in corporate law and significant experience leading commercial transactions and negotiations for billion-dollar companies. Chris currently works as a Hospital Administrator for Stanford University’s hospital in The Bay Area and has been active in the COVID-19 community testing and vaccination efforts both where he works and here in Los Angeles. 

Chris obtained his Juris Doctor, Certificate in Health Law and Master of Health Administration from Saint Louis University and his Bachelor of Arts from Beloit College where he studied Economics & Management and Political Science. With a fast-paced, tech-savvy and personable leadership style that focuses on outcomes and continuous improvement, Chris has been recognized as Corporate Counsel of the Year by the St. Louis Business Journal and is a recipient of the Association of Corporate Counsel Value Champion award for creating leading best practices to increase customer service and decrease costs.
