David is a 4th generation Californian and has resided from Eureka to Santa Barbara. David works as an independent technical project manager, guiding teams through conception to launch using a variety of dynamic methods, including kanban, scrum, and agile techniques. David enjoys surfing, swimming, and gardening with family and friends. David is also well-regarded classical and pop singer. David is a graduate of De Anza College and University of California, Los Angeles.
