Outpost in Hollywood

Outpost residents have come to regard the purchase of homes and homesites in this exclusive property, not merely as investments in houses and lots but rather as lasting investments in happiness; a security that is returning untold profits to them. Knowing this to be true we were anxious to have others look upon the purchase of homesites in Outpost in this same light. Accordingly our first rotogravure booklet picturing the beauties and charm of Outpost was entitled "Hillside Homes of Happiness."

That this "Happiness" appeal was met with immediate response by prospective home builders has been clearly indicated by the hundreds of requests for this booklet which have poured into our office from every section of the country. New York, Chicago, Cleveland, Florida, San Francisco and even Ecuador are among the widely separated sections from which these requests have been received. Asea result of the huge success of this first booklet we have decided to make "Hillside Homes of Happiness" a monthly publication.

It is in a sincere effort to help the homeseeker in the purchase of a residence that is more than just "four walls" that we offer Volume Two of "Hillside Homes of Happiness."
