Meet the Team

The Outpost Neighborhood Association Officers and Directors (the “Board”) is comprised of unpaid volunteers that are residents in Outpost Estates. The Board is elected each January by Outpost Neighborhood Association members for a one year term.

2024 Officers

  • Hi, I’m Andrea Falco! My husband, John, 3 adult children (20, 22, 25), 1 girlfriend and 4 dogs moved to California in October, 2021. Originally from NY, we raised our kids in NJ, spent 3 years in Dallas,  when on a whim decided Los Angeles was our next chapter.

Why Outpost Estates? We found the perfect house, in a beautiful walking friendly neighborhood, close to everything!

I appointed myself Membership Chair because making connections, making people feel heard and welcome are very important to me. Then within a short period of time, the President Position became available and I stepped up to the plate. My energy and enthusiasm will hopefully be contagious, as we move forward with our goals.

I, also, currently volunteer at the Emergency Room at Cedars Sinai. When I am not traveling, I am visiting friends and family, cooking, entertaining, walking and hiking or exploring and dining out.

  • Born in Iowa, Ben Nunemaker moved to Santa Monica in 2010, followed by Outpost Estates in 2023. Ben serves as Vice President for the Outpost Neighborhood Association (ONA). He supports other associations and organizations, in an attempt to build and support the community.

Technology is his professional area of focus, while music and concerts are a preferred type of entertainment. With a bias toward living the good life, he seeks new adventures, food, and entertainment around the greater Southern California area, in addition to during worldly travels.

  • Chris Wintrode is a homeowner in Outpost Estates and serves as the Outpost Neighborhood Association (ONA) Treasurer and Director of Traffic & Safety. Chris is an impact-driven business operations leader with a strong background in corporate law and significant experience leading commercial transactions and negotiations for billion-dollar companies. Chris currently works as a Hospital Administrator for Stanford University’s hospital in The Bay Area and has been active in the COVID-19 community testing and vaccination efforts both where he works and here in Los Angeles.

Chris obtained his Juris Doctor, Certificate in Health Law and Master of Health Administration from Saint Louis University and his Bachelor of Arts from Beloit College where he studied Economics & Management and Political Science. With a fast-paced, tech-savvy and personable leadership style that focuses on outcomes and continuous improvement, Chris has been recognized as Corporate Counsel of the Year by the St. Louis Business Journal and is a recipient of the Association of Corporate Counsel Value Champion award for creating leading best practices to increase customer service and decrease costs.

  • Dino Baglioni is a lifelong resident of Los Angeles and has resided in the Outpost Estates since the ripe young age of 5. He grew up around restaurants and hospitality as his first taste of the restaurant business came at a very young age when working for his father, famed restaurateur and owner of Emilio’s Restaurant in Hollywood for 38 years. After graduating from the University of Southern California, Dino worked at  the Hyatt Regency DTLA, Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel, Dana Point Marriott and then full circle back to the Sunset Strip with a debut at the grandfather of “boutique hotels” and the one that began a trend that lives on to this very day – The Standard. Dino has also led the creation of two Business Improvement District (BID) in West Hollywood and the Sunset Strip.

These professional endeavors and personal journey he has taken coupled with a residency in the Outpost Estates that spans half a century gives Dino a unique and valuable perspective and fresh look at an original, first class residential area known world wide as a chosen destination to call home.

As a board member of the ONA, he looks forward to contributing in any way possible to maintaining the beauty of the area, working to keep the area safe for us and our children and to continue to foster an environment to live which is inclusive, diverse, supportive, neighborly and involved -in short… a great place to call home.
