Los Angeles City Council District 4 Secures Permit Fee Funding for Outpost Estates Landscaped Traffic Islands Project
Outpost Neighborhood Association (ONA) is excited to announce that Los Angeles City District 4 Councilmember Nithya Raman has secured $8,938 from the LA City Street Revenue Fund to cover permit fees for ONA’s “Outpost Estates Landscaped Traffic Islands Project.” The motion Councilmember Raman submitted was approved by the Los Angeles City Council and Mayor Karen Bass (see here). This funding will help clear a hurdle in advancing the next phase of its traffic calming efforts, which will add three additional landscaped traffic islands to Outpost Drive.
ONA is grateful to Councilmember Raman, the District 4 team, and Mayor Karen Bass for their support of Outpost Estates and their commitment to helping improve traffic safety in our community.
