Win a Chance to Visit the Magic Castle!

The Magic Castle is Outpost Estates' next door neighbor! Located right at the corner of Franklin Avenue and North Sycamore Avenue, the Magic Castle is a private clubhouse of the Academy of Magical Arts and only allows entrance to members and their guests, or through courtesy invitations which are available to magicians visiting from out of the United States. Additionally, the Magic Castle has a strict formal dress code.

Outpost Neighborhood Association (ONA) has been given tickets to give to ONA supporters!

ONA will raffle off the tickets to the Magic Castle for free at the ONA Annual Meeting on Tuesday, January 14, 2024 at 6:30pm at the Aviva Family and Children's Services community room located at the corner of Franklin Avenue and North La Brea Avenue. There is plenty of parking on-site in Aviva’s garage under their facilities.

Current ONA supporters (those that have made a donation to ONA in the last 12 months) will get a raffle ticket at the start of the ONA meeting and the raffle will occur at the end of the meeting. Must be present to win!

At the ONA Annual Meeting, updates will be provided on the progress of ONA initiatives, there will be an opportunity to meet and mingle with neighbors and various government representatives, and elections will occur for all ONA Board of Director positions. Invited officials include:

  • United States House of Representative California District 30 – Laura Friedman

  • California State Assemblymember District 51 – Rick Chavez Zburr and Robbie Staenberg

  • Los Angeles County Supervisor 5th District - Kathryn Barger and Diana Oganesyan

  • Los Angeles City Council District 4 – Nithya Raman and J Anderson

  • Los Angeles Police Department – Commanding Officer Captain Craig Heredia, Sergeant Garret Colley, and Senior Lead Officer Joseph Raviol

  • Live Nation Hewitt Silva – Josh Gertler

  • Los Angeles Philharmonic Association – John Bwarie

Feel free to come a little early around 6:00pm to mingle with neighbors and enjoy snacks and refreshments. Hope to see you there!
